Hi.. I've got MH issues. Am
in a new job but been off work for almost three months. Declared MH issues when I got offered the job and am in probation period still.
My MH issues are ongoing and I am classed as having a disability.
Sadly they've got worse which I have shared with my employer.
Last week I was asked to speak to OH and am really stressing about it as I do not know what they will be doing when they call me.
Does anyone have any experience of this?
I would be really appreciative.
