Have had a pretty shit 4 years
Even before covid
My dh was out of work and I moved to
Ft work and he took over a lot of childcare house hold stuff
Then we had 6 months of things being normal between sept 19 and lockdown 1 but then he lost his job again.
I have forgotten how to be the independent person who can make decisions and do things for my kids
So much is dh's department now
I realise I am leaning on him too much
But I don't feel "strong" enough to do all the things I did before
How do I get my stamina back?
