I had been on a 100mcg levo and felt good. Started sertraline over the summer due to low mood and the past two thyroid bloods have shown an big increase in TSH. I’m upto 125mcg now but I’m feeling this is too high ans affecting my mood and heart rate. Has anyone else seen a rise in TSH following starting sertraline?

Sorry don’t have experience of this myself but interested and watching for answers as I’m on 150mcg and thinking of starting Sertraline. I guess it’s hard to distinguish what is side effects and what is thyroid symptoms, which is what worries me about starting on ADs.

Before I increased my dose I was feeling great both mentally and physically! Though with my TSH being so high the endo has advised increase and now I’m starting to feel like I did before starting sertraline!
