Hi, I'm finally at the point of realising I could do with some extra support and want to try some low dose medication, but for various reasons I'd rather go through an online questionnaire and ordering system first but don't know who to go through.
Basically I have some worries with my child who has asd and when I get a lot of calls from his school or flare ups with him, my stress levels hit the roof where I just want to be on my own and cry or be away from everyone else. But this is impacting on my children so I feel like I need help to manage this stress/anxiety short term or perhaps long term. He will be going to secondary in September and already I'm starting to feel the worry and stress impact me emotionally.
I'm a bit stuck on if I should be looking at anti-depressants or anti-anxiety meds though, so I'm wanting to find an online questionnaire that can filter that out to get the best recommendation of what I need. I don't feel depressed as such, just stressed out and then over emotional. And I feel like I can't talk to my nhs Dr as I'm quite a closed person and would rather do an online private questionnaire and then private order if possible. Can anyone recommend something please?
