I admitted that I tried to kill myself last night, the HCA told my GP who phoned CMHT. CMHT rang and accused me of not engaging, they're increasing my antipsychotic and antidepressants, and want me to see the crisis team. I'm really scared about the crisis team, the voices say they want to hurt me (which is why I'm 'not' engaging).
