first time poster long term anxietist.
my question is are there any users of escitalopram that can advise.
i was on 10mg upto the brexit vote when my brain perceived this to be a stressful/worrying situation and the nervous tummy started again ( i had been on that dose for 7-8 years and all good). so i upped to 20mg and settled down, so end of november last year i got a dressing down from my boss coupled with puppy being spayed then ill (passed on to our older dog) these 2 event seem to have triggered things again.
its been about 6 weeks now and although i do get moments of normal (evenings and happy thoughts) its not really corrected itself yet.
20mg appears to be the max dose has anyone experienced this and where did you go after 20?
