That's it. My MH is so poor at present, usually after a few weeks of a downward spell I can claw a hour or two of light to hold onto but it's not coming this time and I'm scared. I just needed to say it 'out loud.'

Well done for reaching out. Can you do so to anyone in your life? Hold on.

DH is downstairs, he knows it's been hard recently, my sister knows too. There are people to hear me but no one can make it better. Thank you for replying.

The first step is reaching out so well done you! have you spoken to your gp? If not it would be a good start, maybe counselling sessions or cbt could help you find coping strategies so when you have these horrible days these strategies can help you cope better. Keep talking and don't bottle anything up. Days will get better honest just hold on it won't always be this way but getting help is a must. Sending you a big virtual hug.
