missing ex

Its been 12 years since i split with my ex but I still miss him. Never thought it could possibly last this long. Oh Dear! Feeling very low. does/has anyone else feel like this? Just me then!?

I don't really miss my ex, but I do think back about the good times, and sometimes wish it was still like that. Probably best to try to focus on the present and future, rather than the past, although I know it's not easy, especially at this time of year. Is there anything you can do to take your mind off him? Something funny on TV or chat to a friend? Sorry I can't be much help, but didn't want you to think no one was listening xx
