The 5AM Club

Does anyone follow the 5am club where you get up at 5am every single day through choice in order to be more accomplished, achieve, and improve well-being?

Does it work for you? What changes did you have to make to facilitate this? When do you go to sleep at night?

I can see the benefits of this although I have never done it. Just interested in others experiences.

Every time I get up at 5am I end drinking tea, eating breakfast and going on my phone until about 8am. It could improve my life massively though.

MistySkiesAfterRain Lol! Yea that would probably be me. I'm more of a night person but would like to change that.
