Anxiety

Having an anxiety meltdown and could do with a handhold. Just need to get through until about 9pm, only had an hour sleep. I think if I take it hour by hour.

Hi @MistySkiesAfterRain , It will be 9am before you know it ! This hour in the middle of the night Is always hardest when you're feeling anxious . Would you like to talk about it or something else to keep your mind off it ?

Hi there. I have GAD. It's really well under control but know well the horror of excessive adrenaline. I found a really good book recently I can recommend. Self Help for Your Nerves. Maybe a little read to get the calm back?

Thanks, I survived. Having another anxiety meltdown though. I got told off for something I didn't do. Also I hate the Pandemic. It has made the job I got last March so ridiculously hard. I'm going to have a sulk for ten minutes then get on with stuff.
