Will I ever sleep again - postpartum insomnia

Ladies please tell me positive stories if you had postpartum insomnia and it went away, I’ve had it since I gave birth 7 weeks ago, some nights I don’t sleep at all. I’ve just started an antidepressant called Lexapro and as I have epilepsy I cannot take any over the counter sleeping aids as they can trigger seizures

I had this and it was horrendous and I wish I had sought help for it. It’s good that you have and I hope the meds help. Mine did eventually get better and go away. It was worst during the newborn period and gradually improved. Good luck. All of it gets easier in time.
