TW Self harm

My husband has just come into the bathroom and found me self harming, I know I need help but he's threatening to ring 111 for further advice - instead of him doing that could I speak to a GP in the morning? I will admit I was self harming to stop the urges of suicide but I feel like I've calmed down enough now to deal with it tomorrow

Hi OP, sorry you have not had a timely response. This board can be quiet.
How are you today? Did you get through to your GP?

Thank you for asking, I wasn't in a good place when I posted that but I've calmed down a bit now.

I ended up being taken to A&E and referred to the home treatment team, they've been today and are putting things into place x

That is good. I hope they help. It sounds like things are really difficult at the moment Flowers
