I am in a new job and am getting a painful arm caused by anxiety and stress of the demands. I have worked at this employer before and had the same pain in my arm. I have had other jobs after leaving there which were not stressful and did not get this pain in my arm. It feels like tension. Has anyone got any helpful tips please so I don’t get stressed out at work? We have mental health first aiders at work but I don’t want to confide in them as they may try and gaslight me saying there are no workload concerns. Also some if the mental health first aiders have their own mental health issues from working there so I don’t see how an unwell person can help.
