Fluoxetine

I started taking 20mg daily of fluoxetine two weeks's ago. The nausea only lasted a couple of days but I am so tired and yawning my head off all afternoon and barely make it past 9pm to bed! Will it always be like this? Also, how long does it take to feel like they're working?

When do you take it? I have to take my Sertraline in the evening as it makes me sleepy.

I take them in the morning as I find it easier to stick to the same time each day but maybe I need to change to the evening 🤔
