Cannot cope I can't cope. The ptsd is getting worse I can't breathe today.
Everything is too much I'm overwhelmed with disappointment in my life I'm completely failing my 2 beautiful children.
My friends and wider family are a shitshow. I've tried so hard I bend over backwards for people but people still hate me everyone at my last job did and my old neighbours did.
I tried I really have tried so hard it's not worked.

So sorry to hear your so low at the moment :( Is there anything we can do to help, is there a possibility of a change of career to somewhere less unpleasant.

iwantadogdhdoesnt · 03/12/2021 16:12

This will pass. I promise you, it will pass. Just breathe.

iwantadogdhdoesnt · 03/12/2021 16:13

The services listed above are a great start. Speak to someone, anyone. We are listening

Hi QuicklyNowThen,

We're really sorry to hear you're feeling this way.

We hope you don't mind, but when these threads are flagged up to us we usually add a link to our Mental Health resources - there are lots of organisations listed which can give you some help right now, so please take a look.

You can also go to the Samaritans website, or email them on [email protected], or phone, anytime, on 116 123.

If you find texting easier, please take a look at Shout's website. Shout 85258 is a free, confidential, anonymous text support service. Its trained volunteers are available all hours of the day and night to listen and support you to get to a calmer and safe place.

Here too is a link to Mind's website, and in particular their tips for everyday living which could help when you're feeling low.

Support from other Mumsnetters is great and we really hope you'll be able to take some comfort from your fellow posters, but as other MNers will tell you, it's really a good idea to seek real life help and support as well.

We're moving this thread over to our Mental Health topic now.

Sending good wishes, OP. Flowers

@iwantadogdhdoesnt

I know you mean well but this is a dreadfully trite saying.

When your mental state has descended into thinking there is no way out because of real or perceived problems, telling them that it will pass is meaningless. They need help now to overcome these feelings not sit and wait for the situation to ‘pass’.

crispsarny · 03/12/2021 16:32

Hi op, I’m sorry you’re suffering, please speak to Samaritans, keep talking here, are you getting any support or therapy?

Notgettingbetter · 03/12/2021 17:41

How are you feeling now @QuicklyNowThen?

QuicklyNowThen · 03/12/2021 18:54

Calmer think that was my second panic attack earlier of today.
I've been distracting myself to get through next few hours can't think any further ahead than that
