I have been on 50mg for about two-three years now for anxiety/panic/depression. It's always worked well, but just over a week ago, I began experiencing anxiety again leading to panic and crying. I called a doctor and they told me just to stick with my 50mg and it will settle down again.
It hasn't settled down, I wake up with that anxiety/dread feeling which causes diarrhea and spend the rest of the morning, into the afternoon, fighting it. By evening everything is fine again.
I am not sure what to do basically. I've made another appointment with the doctor now it's about nine days on. Has this happened to anyone else? Did it just settle back down again? Thanks.
