Regaining resilience - how?

I've had a few knocks the last few years and can't seem to get over them and am stuck in a rut.

My teen years had significant challenges and at that time overcoming them motivated me and spurred me on. I did well academically, professionally, travelled, was very sociable.

Then I had miscarriages, bereavement, traumatic birth, shit work situation and stress and of course covid. It all became too much and I couldn't do it anymore. I was signed off work and a few months later stopped working. I can't seem to get over the build up of all these things but I really want to because being busy and successful was a huge part of my personality, I feel quite lost without them.

Any experiences and tips to get out of rut would be great!

Hey what would you say preventing you from working and doing all the things that you used to do, do you think its anxiety or depression? If it is are you having any treatment, therapy?
