I've been let down time and time again by talking therapies. I was told finally that my issues were too severe for CBT and chose to do a course of counselling. I just got a text through to start my first session and I can see it's still through talking therapies. This makes me very nervous! Has anyone had any experience with counselling through TT? If so what was it like? Feeling very anxious I won't get heard. My mental health is one bad day away from stepping out into traffic so want to be prepared for a let down if that's the case.
