Anxiety - panic attacks

I’m 32 with 2 kids and for the past couple of months I keep having mini panic attacks! I’ve had generalised mild anxiety since my late teens yet have always dealt with it and I’ve only had probably 4 or 5 panic attacks from age 18 to now.
6 weeks ago I had a miscarriage and since then I keep feeling so panicky! The typical symptoms - heart racing, palpitations, feeling faint - foggy head, feeling like I can’t breathe properly….I was on a 2 hour car journey today and had to pull over on the heard shoulder as I had an attack out of nowhere.
I feel like crying all the time and I’m just so fatigued….could this just be increased hormones ? We’re also trying again this month and I’m wondering if it’s the thought of another miscarriage?
Has anyone else had this?

Hi, give yourself a massive break OP, if course this could be linked to hormones - and the emotional upset you’ve been through. As a fellow sufferer of panic attacks and anxiety, and hormones(!) I know how it can be. And maybe you’re trying again too soon? Some recovery time for your emotions might be good.

I think you are getting too emotion. You are feel very stress due to your body health issue. Bad health condition will increase your anxiety. So keep calm, try to take little rest. Don't give more stress to your mind. Be relax and hear some melodies song.
