Marriage in the toilet. Child with Cahms but with pandemic has fallen so behind at school will never catch up. I am so depressed am unable to do my job. And the world has gone to fuck. So low I don’t want to be here

Have you spoken to your GP? Perhaps they can suggest some help.

Thank you for replying. Gp is lovely but all they can offer is medication and sick notes. I am just a bit lost and alone today
