I am very disorganised and have to try REALLY hard to keep on top of things. This in turn makes me feel very anxious about missing / losing stuff.
I have a few things that are really helping and wondered if anyone else would like to share theirs.
Mine are:
- Tiles on my keys and phone (so I can always find one if I have the other)
- Pillbox (so I can see at a glance whether I have taken my meds - otherwise I am worried about whether I have or not)
- Expensive sunscreen (so I know DS is covered and I don't need to worry about how often to reapply suncream
- Visual timer at work (I set it for 5 minutes before my next call / meeting so I have time to go to the loo)
I'm sure there are lots of others!
