Any tips or guidance on how to over come this?

Short reply but I will come back better. Have a look at negative automatic thoughts around fortune telling where we imagine an argument or fight and put ourselves in that position possibly unnecessarily which could mean we don’t want to have confrontation

I have this! Certainly in personal relationships anyway. I'm terrified of conflict, and it takes me days to recover from crossed words. It's so frustrating!
