I struggle with anxiety and over the past year health anxiety- Covid has turned my life upside down.
I was so scared of getting the vaccine but after weeks of stress finally got the first dose 3 weeks back.
During this time my dad went through a bi-pass then 3 months later mum and dad tested positive for Covid- mum is recovered and my dad is in the icu with the doctors not happy with his progress. He is 69.
They are not in the uk and I cannot travel as the country is red listed.
Now with the ‘let everyone catch it’ approach I’m terrified of sending my daughter to school, my husband when he goes out and about (double jabbed) and I’m convinced if I catch it I’ll die- since I’m only partially vaccinated - I’ve turned 40 this year and husband 47
How am I to cope with the new normal and the Covid sword hanging over me?
