New on Steraline. Need some advice please

Hello,
I am on my 3rd day of Steraline. I was prescribed in for anxiety that has got a lot worse recently.

I am having quite a few side affects which I have read are common. Nausea, tiredness, dry mouth etc.

The main thing I am worrying about though is more the way I feel. I just feel a bit numb almost like I can’t feel happy but I also don’t feel sad. I certainly don’t feel anxious either. Not feeling anxious is great but I feel so spaced out that I am not really feeling much at all. Bit like a space cadet!

Is this normal? Will this feeling go so that I actually feel a bit more like myself? At the moment I don’t feel like myself at all.

I only took one dose and never again. Terrible.
I had awful physical symptoms such as explosive diarrhoea, clenched muscles and terrible chest pain.

But within a couple of hours taking it, it had cut off any positive emotions. Literally all of them stone dead. It was awful. I felt like I didn't love my DH and DC anymore. Couldn't feel love or anything. This lasted several days after that one dose. I felt like there was no point in being here anymore and I should just lay down and stop breathing.

I'm never touching that again or anything similar. It was awful snd scary.
It took several days for my positive emotions to return.

I would phone your GP or whoever prescribed you this and let them know. My GP checked on me and she told me not to take any more and there is a note on my records of adverse reaction. Apparently they're not supposed to make you feel like this.
