Hi, it is just that really. I am spending too much time on my phone and would like to impose restrictions. From trawling the Internet, I know this is possible on I phone and Google pixel phones due to inbuilt capacities. Is this possible on a Samsung with an app? The only apps I can find are parental control ones but I want to impose restrictions on myself. Do you know a way? I would be most grateful!
