Anxiety symptoms

Hi, I've seen a lot on here about anxiety so thought this could be a good place for me to get some answers.
It started about 7 months ago where i had an anxiety attack while out walking. From then, I had them maybe 3 4 times a week. In April I went to doc who sent me to a&e with low heart rate. They done ecg, chest xray and a lot of bloods, all clear. I got a follow up appointment with cardiology who done the same, and more bloods, again, all clear.
They have put it down to anxiety.
I just want to know If anyone has experienced the same symptoms as I'm not convinced it is.
My symptoms are 90% of the day every day. I wake up tired. Feel like I constantly have to take deep breaths and yawns all the time. If i stand and do my dishes and clean the kitchen, I'm exhausted after it and have to sit down and usually this leads to me falling asleep. I overthink everything and even tho I have a low heart rate, I constantly feel like it's over beating. If I try to explain to anyone how I'm feeling I just cry uncontrollably which leads to me hyperventilating. I do know some of this is signs of anxiety, the thing that concerns me the most is the constant feeling tired and just wanting to sleep all the time, and the constant deep breathing and yawning. It's as if I'm living everyday feeling claustrophobic if that makes sense. Any feedback would be fantastic x

Phone the GP and find out what bloods they actually did at hospital.
Low iron can cause shortness of breath, tiredness, anxiety and palpitations, thyroid issues tiredness & palpitations, anxiety, b12, folate, vitamin D….. all can cause similar symptoms. Low heart rate could just be normal for you & coincidental?
They wouldn’t necessarily check all those bloods at A&E.
I hope you find some answers soon Flowers

Btw you can be in the low end of ‘normal’ for things like ferritin, B12 etc and still be symptomatic

Thank you for the reply. I'm almost sure they tested my iron levels coz it's one of the first things they mentioned. They tested for diabetes, infection in the blood, infection surrounding the heart and lungs, kidney, liver all bloods mainly to do with my internal organs. This was only after I harassed them for a follow up appointment in the cardiology department in my local hospital.
After a bit of research, I found that it could be something to do with my thyroid, so I took it upon myself to ask for bloods tests and they came back normal.
I will be requesting more bloods and will ask for the ones you mentioned above, if they haven't already done them. It needs sorted, it's ruining my life 😔
