Beta blocker advice

Is it possible beta blockers can actually increase heart rate? I'm weaning off....I dropped my dose 3 days ago and my resting heart rate went down by 2. Still have a long way to go, very scared on withdrawals too :(

No they can't. Your resting heartrate can fluctuate, it's not an exact science. You need to stop checking it, you are fixated on it and obsessively monitoring it is just making your anxiety worse.

I don't mean to sound harsh but you have asked this and similar questions literally dozens of times on here and ignore the answers unless they play into your anxieties.
