SSRI ocd / hair loss

I’ve been prescribed Prozac for ocd & anxiety. However one of the side effects is shown as hair loss and this seems to be the same with other SSRIs eg citalopram & Escitalopram.
Does anyone know of any SSRIs that don’t cause this (I’m already losing hair anyway so don’t want to lose more) or any other treatment for ocd & anxiety.

I’ve tried many SSRIs and had many side effects but never hair loss if that helps x

Thanks . It’s seems approx 1% of people suffer hair loss. Just hoping for some advice of any SSRI or alternative without this side effect.

I’m on sertraline currently, very good for OCD and anxiety.

Sometimes it is due to hormonal changes in the body especially after a birth
