Hi all,
I've had a tough year with bereavement, self employment, teenagers so doing some re-evaluating. Looking for more me time to repair body and soul. Thinking of finding a new CBT therapist and getting a good old massage to start. Has anyone else got any top tips? TIA

From reading posts on here, finding a good CBT therapist is very hit and miss. If you have the time and motivation you could try studying CBT. This course is interesting, informative and very broad in it's coverage.

Don't be put off by the "Practitioner" title, lots of people do the course for personal development. Also don't pay full price! Click on the link a few times and the price magically drops to around £20.
