Prozac, OCD & hair loss

I’ve been prescribed Prozac for ocd but I’m really worried about taking it due to the reports about it causing hair loss.
Has anyone got any advice or experience this?

Prozac has only ever caused me hair loss at the higher (40mg+) doses... at the starter dose of 20mg, never. But it has always helped me to feel so much better that, well, the hair loss (which nobody but me ever noticed, even before lockdown) feels OK to deal with
