Just this, now 8 weeks in and not sure it’s doing anything to help me other than making me feel very hot and sweaty!! That’s been the main side effect and it’s embarrassing.

I’ve tried citilopram and sertraline years back and same issue. Does anyone have any tips or alternative AD that don’t make cause waterfalls on my face😰.

All of the ADS you have tried are SSRIs and it sounds like they don't work for you. I think it's worth going back to the doctor and asking for an SNRI or another class of AD. Hopefully your body will respond differently to a different type of drug.

Thank you @Rustnot, I never thought about that..what are the differences to SSRIs? I’ll speak to my GP..even though today is cooler, I still feel so hot and discombobulated!

SNRIs have a different mechanism of working, but I won't pretend to know much about it!

They still have the same potential side effects as SSRIs, but your body might tolerate them differently - definitely worth asking. Mitrazapine also seems to be prescribed quite readily if SSRIs don't work. I'm not sure which class of drug Mitrazapine is in. Definitely worth asking your doctor about and hopefully you can find something that works for you.
