Everything stresses me out. Tiny things.

Hi everyone,

I'm really struggling with managing my stress levels lately. I feel as if I'm getting really stressed over any little thing. I'm nearly 33 weeks pregnant and have a 2.5 year old. I've found doing minor tasks makes me break out into a huge sweat and that I'm getting really irritated over mess and can't keep on top of the housework. I don't want to feel like this anymore what can I do to minimise it?

I know what you mean @Lottiebugz22 an old therapist of mine used to talk about how when your ambient level of stress is high then it spikes that much quicker when something else triggers you.

I guess it's seeing what you can do to reduce your stress levels before anything else gets on top of you. What do you think would help? Is there anyone that can support you with the housework? Being pregnant and coping with a 2.5 yr old would be enough to make anyone pretty stressed I'd imagine!
