Beta blocker advice - please

Does anyone know how much beta blockers reduce your heart rate by?

When I was on Propanol it reduced mine a lot, from 84 to 60ish bpm

Are you not longer taking it? How come you stopped and did you get withdrawals?

I was on it years ago, it was for my migraines rather than anxiety or blood pressure and it didn't help prevent them so I stopped taking it, no withdrawal effects at all
