What to expect? CMHT assessment appointment by phone tomorrow

Local primary care (GP) services referred me to CMHT and it's the first phone appointment tomorrow. What should I expect?
Issues: anxiety and depression, hoarding, assessment for ASD/ADD/ADHD, trauma etc

They will ask about your current struggles, and what you think might have led up to them. Also, what your life is like in general, work, family, friends, hobbies, diet, sleep etc.

It will be exhausting, so have something nice to treat yourself with when it is done.

If you are asking for help from a hoarding perspective, it might be easier to assess where you are in relation to the scales with the right emotional/ practical support and help.
