Do you have regular CPA reviews? I’ve been under my local team for more than 3 years now I think and there has never once been a review. When I was first assessed etc there I was told it would happen yearly at the least. I feel a bit confused as to what they are actually doing/why I am under them/if I’m wasting their time. I know I should ‘just’ ask my care coordinator really and I do mean to but never seem to manage it.

You can be under cmht but not under cpa, maybe ask if that's why you haven't had a review?

Ah ok, I didn’t know this so thanks for mentioning it. I’m pretty sure I am supposed to be as I remember being given all the information about it initially and told it would happen. I probably have it all somewhere. Yes I should ask really, I just can’t seem to.

If you have a named cc then you should have reviews ideally they should be done every six months.

This.

Care Program Approach is for more complex patients that might have more than just a care co-ordinator involved. I was under CPA as I had my CPN, psychiatrist, psychotherapist and a police mentor (I was under the now criticised SIM scheme)... so we would all meet up for reviews.
