The MH service "gap"

Obligatory statement about name changing.

I don’t know where to go from here. I am fallen victim to “the gap”. The gap between services. I was under CMHT for years due to EUPD, anxiety and depression. I was discharged in late 2019 and kind of coped (albeit self medicating, that is a whole other thread). MH nurse at my GP said I need more support so got referred to primary care liaison (I was called in hours so I assume I was very urgent). I had an assessment with primary care and ended up under Crisis team. Was told plan was to get a care co-ordinator again. Well, they had a meeting and CMHT said NO… because I did DBT 4 years ago. They literally just said “tell her to use her DBT skills”.
My mental state is telling me I am useless and not worth any help anyway, but to be told to bugger off because I had help in the past? It makes no sense to me! More so because I have friends who have gone through more DBT cycles than I have, and they were still taken on by CMHT.
According to CMHT, a 20 min phone call once every 6-8 weeks from Mind is adequate support.
