Section 2 but no beds

They are currently in a 136 suite which they were taken to be police. Will they just be kept there till a local bed comes up

Are they being held in a 136 suite due to lack of beds? A section 136 is for 24 hours but if a MHA assessment has been done and a section 2 been decided as appropriate, then I imagine they will stay in the 136 suite until a bed is available. Unfortunately, it may not be a local bed. Either way, I hope things start to resolve soon.

Thank you. They had the assessment a couple of hours I got the s136 and are now on section 2

Yep. They'll stay there until a bed is found hopefully a matter of hours rather than days.
