Happy Friday. I have a quick question and I know I have to ask the doctor too, but wanted to seek opinions from those who have been through this. Last Friday (after being so anxious to start them) I started on 5mg of Escitalopram. The first couple days I felt fine, less side effects than I expected and now yesterday and today I feel really down. I started the tablets for anxiety so feeling down is throwing me off a bit. The doctor told me to make an appointment if I felt I needed to increase the dosage after either one week, two weeks or a month but I'm now ensure when to see him.....how can I know if 5mg is enough or when I should increase? As you can imagine I'm feeling a little disheartened at the mo with feeling down because I know it takes weeks to kick in but should I be increasing now so that I can jump into the new adjustment period
