How to get through the day.

How do people get through the day when they wake and the anxiety hits them immediately?
I often feel worse in the mornings but feel particularly dreadful this morning, I can’t wait to go back to bed later one. Sleeping is the only time I don’t feel anxious.

I'm struggling with this at the moment. Exercise is the only thing that has any effect for me. I get up and go for a run and/or a long walk. It doesn't cure me but it makes it maybe 5% easier to deal with. I find the feeling often feels slightly better by about 8 or 9 a.m. It's horrible isn't it? How is your sleep? It's good that you can look forward to going to bed.

Exercise. Getting outside. Latching on to anything at all that makes you remotely happy. I feel like this atm and the problem is if problems are there and don't go away then you can't get rid of them until you sleep.
