Anyone started a complaint against NHS service?

I’ve been refused treatment after moving areas/GPs. Therapist said on the second session I wasn’t suitable because i would get too upset if I wasn’t offered treatment.... lol.

Tried to complain informally. Than I called the main helpline complaint system... and was told the mental health team would call me back within two days, they didn’t.

Going to start a formal complaint by the looks of it.
