Where to have online therapy?

I have had a number of online therapy sessions arranged for a Weds because it is my day off work.
They are going well but 2 weeks ago my DC finished college for the summer so now they are home and I don’t want them to hear.
For the last 2 sessions I have driven out to a remote spot and had the sessions from my car. The therapist was ok with this and although the mobile connection was ok there were a couple of moments when sound was an issue so I don’t think it was ideal.
I am thinking I should use stay at home, use headphones and a quiet voice. DC will be in bed - it’s 10-11am. I have said I will have a meeting but not mentioned it is therapy.
But is there anything better/ different I could do?
It will be like this for the summer now. Should Iask DC to get up and go for a walk/shopping during the time?
Any ideas would be appreciated!

If you have online therapy sessions, what do you do if other people are home?
