Hello
My mum suffers from anxiety particularly at night.
It's like she worries about everything and can't get to sleep.
She's also recently been widowed and has some minor health issues which make her more anxious.

I want to try and understand but trying to help is like speaking to a brick wall sometimes - she won't change her ways or thinking (easy for me to say I know, and I know I sound selfish) I am worried about my own mental health in just worrying about her all the time and it makes me stressed and resentful.

Can anyone recommend some helplines or places to go / books to read on anxiety and coping with grief / bereavement for her?

She is struggling and I don't know what to do

Thank you
