Stupid question, where do I go to get help? Trigger warning.

I'm almost 50 and have suffered with my mental health all my adult life but managed to get through by myself.
On Tuesday night I got very drunk (at our caravan with my husband 2 teenage sons, my dad and his partner) I told my dad's partner that my grandad abused me, she helped me tell my dad, lots of tears but my dad was lovely as always, we came home last night leaving my dad and his partner there to process things.
But I need counseling but don't know how to go about it, I don't have much money thanks to covid and I need a female counseller.
Had anyone been through this and how do I go about it and what actually happens during counseling as I'm sure it's nothing like it is on TV .
