Crying for no reason

Sorry I wasn't really sure where to put this. Over the past few days I keep crying and feeling like I am going to cry all the time. The thing is I can't think of a reason for it! Things are fine in my life. Marriage is good, for once money isn't stressing me out, kids are being usual teenagers but I don't think I feel too stressed about it. I just don't know why I feel this way.
Anyone ever had the same? How did you resolve it?

Could this be hormones? If you have teenagers I'm assuming perimenopause may be on the horizon......

I have been through stages like this where I feel like I could just cry for no reason or at things I'd never normally cry at. I have no idea why and they do seem to pass so maybe it is hormonal. The only advise I can give is keep busy try getting out going for walks ect it's amazing how exercise and eating healthy can make me feel better, I hope it passes soon for you.

The next time you cry or feel like crying, pause and ask what you're thinking at that instant. Or do this immediately after you cry.

Because that is the answer to the question.

Our feelings are always driven by our thoughts.

My advice would be to go ahead and cry! Let it out, if and when you can. There is always a reason why we feel as we do, even if it isn't obvious at the time.

Have you had any stresses recently where you felt you had to bottle your feelings up and keep going? That always catches you up sooner or later
