Hi all
I have very good severe mental illness, clinical depression of my whole life, was under control with several meds.
However, whenever I have a minor illness, it kicks me down the black hole and I am in it rn. Just so low, can't function. Doc calling today again so might get a help.
Latest things that have caused relapse: tooth extraction, recovered, then covid vax which I was extatic to get, but having two days of feeling rough has left me in the hole again. Jesus Christ, help me.

Hey @nethunsreject, sorry to hear you are feeling like this. I am in a weirdly similar boat - anxiety which was fairly under control now running wild having been triggered first by having a filling replaced and then Covid vaccination...

It’s exhausting. Have found some comfort in finding podcasts and radio programs that talk about anxiety and make me feel less alone but mostly just trying to keep my perspective very shallow and just focus on right now and putting one foot in front of the other.

Hope your dr call is helpful and hope you can find some good moments today Flowers

Physical illness can affect your mental health.
