I have a call back from the doctors tomorrow about depression. Can someone give me a brief overview of what they're likely to ask/do/will they just prescribe and see me again in a couple of months?
The unknown factor of what will happen is making me feel ill.
Its pretty pathetic but its took months to get to the point of ringing and asking for the appointment and I'm tempted to cancel it because of the anxiety surrounding it as I'm anxious with phonecalls at the best of times never mind now, but I need it.
I'm sorry I'm a mess.
