Dd is suffering from depression and anxiety, and has been having a very tough time with them. ADs are helping and she's been referred for Talking Therapy. She has just bought You Will Get Through This Night: A practical guide on how to take care of your mental health and I'm reading it when she leaves it lying around. I'm only about 30 pages in, ie still background and intro, but so far I like what I've read.
Has anyone read it all? Any thoughts?
