ADHD signs in women

2 years ago I was diagnosed with ASD. After reading a link on here a few weeks ago about ADHD in adult women I think I have ADHD too. Following a GP appointment for an unrelated condition where I briefly mentioned it they have asked me to make a list of why I think that. Only now I can't find the link.

Does anyone remember it, have a link to any other list of signs or talk to me about the signs in women?

This might be useful psychiatry-uk.com/adhd-in-girls-and-women/ Psychiatry UK have a contract with NHS England and people can ask to be referred to them for assessment (I think it's called Right to Choose?) so presumably their info should be respected by NHS practitioners.
