Just sounding off!

Me and dh had a small row last night. not a shouting one more ignoring!(anyone in bar last nite will know why!) Anyway, had a dream where id just had a baby and dh was cheating on me and i confronted woman and managed to put a stop to it but my dh stl left me! Strange but thats almost what happened with an ex! I know my dh isnt having an affair but today i feel SO low and tearful. He tried to kiss me goodbye this morning and i just offered my cheek so he knows im upset with him!

How many people have dreams that seriously effect their mood?

Dont know how im gonna get through today with that false smile on my face!

I was living with a guy when i was about 19 and had a dream about him.
In my dream he'd taked this gorgeous American girl (who i hated!) for a ride on his bike!!!
I didn't speak to him in the morning and REALLY thought it was real for a while.
Very strange!!

I do this quite often- have a bad dream and then am upset. There was one dream a few weeks ago that affected me quite badly and had me in hysterics the following night when I was trying to get to sleep.
I've had these since I was a little girl- I do have a very vivid imagination- maybe that's what it is for me

am still feeling low. told a clse friend of mine about dream and she said i was piecing togeva my past with my future and feeling insecure. Now feel guilty about not kissing my dh goodbye! feel rubbish!

Hi bonkerz, I have loads of dreams like that. Once dreamt dh had married a princess, but was still married to me, he lived partly at the palace. I felt so sick through it all , I was like how dare he do this to me. I was so angry with him that day!!

They do eventually wear off!! sorry your feeling low and tearful. I thihnk this time of year wreaks havoc on emotions , too much darkness!! as Im feeling all out of sorts.

maybe im feeling low cos of the name change! maybe should go back to happy childmindersam!

Find that I have bad dreams when I'm upset, though if I have a bad dream I wake up upset!!!!Some meds give you bad dreams-Cipralex for eg.

well the dream has managed to make me feel shite all day, even had a bump in my car earlier cos been so preoccupied about it! me and dh have had huge row tonite and i told him about the dream, he found it hilarious!!!! not helpful. lets just hope it wasnt a premonition and that im not pregnant with a boy!

i have upsetting dreams that make me feel i cant speak to people. latest was about a friend betraying me and i was so annoyed at her for days! i also have lots that come true which worries me even more when they arent nice!
