Suffering post abortion

Hi everyone,

Can anyone please give suggestions of charities or organisations that I can go for some counselling please?

I had an abortion 13 months ago and unfortunately am still suffering emotionally. I’m getting upset whenever I think about it, cry whenever I see someone else announce that they are pregnant mixed with being so bitter. It’s horrible, I feel like I can’t be happy for anyone, and at the moment it seems like everyone is having children due to lockdown pregnancy and I just can’t escape seeing it and feeling so upset. It really is horrific and after a year it’s barely got any better. I can’t continue like this and feel I need to act on it as I don’t think it will just go away

No advice just wanted to say I had a abortion at 15 and really struggled for many years but it did gradually get better.
